Baked apples with red wine


Necessary products (the portion is for 4 people): 

  1. 4 Gala apples
  2. 1/2 Bottle of red wine
  3. 50 g brown sugar
  4. 1 packet of vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 1 lemon

Peel the apples, remove the hard core and cut them into medium-thin slices Put in a saucepan, add red wine, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon juice Boil for 15 minutes on low heat without closing the pan. Pour into piles of 4 pieces and serve as it cools.
