Asthmatic Foundation

Required products (for 4 people)  

1. 4 apples Gala
2. 1 Lemon
3. 100 g dark chocolate
4. 50g powdered sugar
5. 1 tbsp sour cream
6. 25 g butter

Wash the apples, remove the hard core and cut into thick slices. Drizzle them with lemon juice and stick a toothpick in each one. Break the chocolate in a saucepan, add the butter and let it melt in a water bath or on a very low heat, stirring constantly. add sugar and cream and mix well. Arrange in 4 refractory baking trays and place them in 4 plates with the apples arranged like a wreath.
