Everyday Care

"Caring for our organic apples and organic pears is constant and I dare say around the clock." In order for vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, E and K to reach your blood cells, we make sure that the fruits reach full maturity and vitality. Minerals, Potassium, Iron, Manganese, Zinc and Phosphorus are just the basis of a healthy pear. In order for it to be so, it is important for the fruit to be able to grow and feed. In order for nutrition to be possible, we sometimes need to remove parts of the fruit so that those who are healthy can continue to accumulate nutrients. In the picture you can see part of this process called thinning.
