Ingredients needed for 4 people: (Apple "Top Model")
- 3 Golden Delicious apples
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 4 cloves
- 1/2 tsp powdered vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation method:
- Soak the raisins in lukewarm water or cold tea.
- Wash the apples and pierce each one with a clove. Cut the "lid" off each apple. Scoop out the inside of each apple, being careful not to puncture the bottom. Place them in a baking dish.
- Mix the honey, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla together, and fill each apple with this mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Serve the apples and let them cool, removing the cloves before eating.
